How to update firmware of any modem - Snapshot tutorial

Requirements :
1. Firmware Update Of Your Modem.(List Of Firmware Updates).
2. Huawei Master Code.
3. IMEI Number Of the Modem.
Firmware Updating Method :
1. Firstly Download All the Things Required for this Process.
2. Now run the Firmware Update which we Downloaded. The First Screen will appear like this.
Just Accept the Terms And Conditions and click On Next.
3. Now the setup will search for the device for which we need to update the firmware and as it searches the screen will appear like this.
4. Now as search is done it will show every details about the modem which is been plugged in. Click on Next it will Show a warning screen.Now Click on start and start the Updation Process.
5. Now it will ask to insert password for updating the Device. Here you have to input the Flash Code generated in the Huawei Code Calculator.(How to Use Huawei Code Calculator)
6. Now Click ON Next and wait until it Download And Install all the programs required. As it is Done it will show a message as Update Success.
7. You are Done. Now You have Updated Firmware for your Modem. :)

Hello from Spain,
I have the Huawei K3806 from Vodafone Spain and I want to use it with another network, where can I find the firmware? I would like to erase the Vodafone one. Thank you

When I Run the Updater for " TATA Photon Plus Huawei EC152 " wizard did not detected, is there any other solution for this problem

I'm sorry to say this but dear Joshi, the link for the unlock method of K3806Z does not work. It returns this message "Sorry, the page you were looking for in this blog does not exist". Any way out please?

For flash code of E398 enter the imei number in the master code reset and generate the flash code.

ESWAR - sorry you cannot do it in cdma modems sorry..
